NR: When did you guys sign with Repossession Records?
Cliff: We signed with them in August of 2004.
NR: How long did it take you to record "The Dead and The Dreaming?"
Cliff: All total, the actual recording took about 6 months but the writing process took a little over a year.
NR: What's your favorite song from the new CD?
Cliff: It's hard to tell it changes everyday. Right now it's probably Buckles.
NR: What has the response been with the new CD with your old fans?
Cliff: Overwhelming man. You know it took awhile to come out, the record. Three years later the kids seem really receptive. We're very fortunate.
NR: How has the tour been going with Drowning Pool?
Cliff: Tremendous! We're big fans. This is the biggest tour we've been on. We're just really excited to be part of it. It's been great. The kids have been coming out. The bands have been great. The guys have been great. We couldn't ask for more.
NR: The media has covered this topic a lot but what do you think of the internet allowing kids to download your music for free?
Cliff: Theft is theft and that's the bottom line. A lot of kids have grown up with everything they want being free over the internet. With that being said you kind of have to educate people on why you should pay for music. But I think the internet has the source to help you find music and get music.
NR: You guys have been on some big tours, what are your thoughts on scalpers charging ridiculous prices to go see some of these shows?
Cliff: I think it's ridiculous! I think it's the responsibility of the industry to kind of try to curtail that. As long as there is a demand and people continue to buy the tickets that's what people really care about. So you'll never really be able to curtail it as long as the merchants keep making money off of it.
NR: What are some of your favorite bands to tour with?
Cliff: Fear Factory is a great band to be out with. American Head Charge are good friends. Drowning Pool has been great to us. Every band we've toured with have been really cool. Otep is very cool. We've been lucky every tour we've been on has been great.
NR: What do you guys do to relax?
Cliff: Listen to music. Read books. Just hang out.
NR: What can fans expect from you when they see you on "Gigantour?"
Cliff: They can expect 110%. We will do the best we can to take it to the next level. For sure.
NR: After these tours what are the plan for Dry Kill Logic?
Cliff: After "Gigantour" we'll probably do another run in the states, maybe two tours. And then we'll probably record the next record.
